Skilled tradesmen/skilled or trainable labor

I my name is Al. I live south of Orlando, but have a ton of work over by Sarasota Bradenton and Annamarie Island. I go over there for the week and come home for the weekend. I am looking for someone with experience and different phases of construction at the moment. I’m doing a tongue and groove tricks wood ceiling. I have soffit and facia jobs. I have roof repair jobs. I have carpentry work jobs. I need someone that is gonna give 110% And wants to work and wants to make money because there’s a big opportunity right now and whoever fights with me will be compensated properly I do things like roofing siding, gutter, soffit facia remodeling also do other hard scapes some concrete landscaping, but I would say roofing and carpentry would be what we would be doing most
