Position Overview:

We are looking for a goal-driven Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in home improvement or construction-related sales, who understands how to build trust with homeowners and can manage a growing team in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed sales goals

Develop and execute strategies to increase leads, close rates, and average ticket size

Work with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts

Track sales team performance and provide regular training and feedback

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract close, ensuring a high conversion rate

Maintain deep knowledge of products, pricing, and customer needs

Foster strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners

Ensure compliance with company policies, financing options, and industry regulations

Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications:

3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry

Knowledge of impact windows, doors, or related building products is a strong plus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and team members

Proficient with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
