Roofing Crew / Partner

We are a newer roofing company looking for a self managing crew. This is an opportunity for a hard working someone with extensive hands-on roofing experience to grow with our company. We have the license, insurance, and administrative and sales systems already in place, so we are looking for a roofer, with a crew or to start a crew, that can handle the field work with a drive to help grow the company, move up in the world and eventually become a partner. You can work on your own schedule (to a degree) and there is health, dental, vision and life insurance available after 90 days. We can pay on a payroll or with a 1099 with proper insurance and workman's comp. All paperwork is transmitted through email and pay is direct deposit. Some computer skills and a printer are required.
