Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee our commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in both commercial and residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
