We’re a family-owned and operated business with a strong small-business feel, offering the stability and growth of a large company. This position will service Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota Counties. We specialize in light commercial plumbing service and remodel. (We do small and large jobs) Large jobs are done in teams. We work in assisted living, multi family, business offices and universities. Our office is in Tampa, but you will be dispatched from home. You do not have to come into the office everyday. Our priority is to provide an atmosphere where dependable, skilled and selfless teammates can thrive, enjoy work and achieve your personal goals.
Responsibilities and description of work
-Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls and installations.
-Most of our jobs are in existing commercial buildings.
-Establish customer rapport, mostly working with facility maintenance directors.
-Show yourself as an honest professional to maintain our long standing client relationships.
-Re-check all plumbing repairs and installations after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s facility to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
-Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
-Work well with other members of the team to ensure quick, accurate repairs, and installations.
-Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
-Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving
-Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success and ease of your day.
-Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and curbside feedback.
-We estimate all larger projects. On smaller jobs like drain cleaning, toilet replacement, etc you would be dispatched to the job and you will formulate the estimate with your manager.
-On call schedule divided amongst all plumbers
-Obey the company Code of Ethics
-Participate in Friday morning meetings
-Service titan knowledge is a plus
Salary and Benefits
Hourly pay plus commission on jobs you sell. Our estimating team also sells jobs for the company that you will work at.
Truck and gas are provided by company.
Truck will be stocked with all tools to do the job. Our motto is, if you need the right tool for the job, we will provide it.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
