EXPERIENCED HOME REMODELER WANTED – SOUTH VENICE – ENGLEWOOD FL
Licensed contractor seeking a project manager with oner 5 years of experience and skilled home remodelers with experience in one or more of the following trades:
Framing
Plumbing
Bathroom remodeling
Finish carpentry (doors, baseboards, cabinets)
Drywall (finish and paint)
LVP Flooring
James Hardie siding
Home remodelers requirements:
Clean record (drug and alcohol free)
Own vehicle (preferably truck or van)
Own tools (or at least basic power tools)
Good attitude (Zero drama) (A team player, someone who will lead or follow)
Project manager requirements:
Clean record (drug and alcohol free)
Own vehicle (preferably truck or van)
Own tools (or at least basic power tools)
Attitude of a leader (Problem solver – Zero drama)
Read Plans and know FL construction codes
