We are a high-end RV Manufacturer in Nokomis, FL looking to add an additional fiberglass laminator to our team. We've been in business for 40 years and are family owned and operated. We look at our employees as an extension of our family, not just a number on a pay stub.
The job will consist primarily of hand laying up fiberglass small parts and fiberglass motorhome bodies. Those with extensive fiberglass experience will receive top wages. The job specifically will involve laying out fiberglass mat on the various molds (either individually on small parts molds or with a team in a large motorhome body mold), wetting it with resin, and rolling out the air. Prior fiberglass experience is required. Spray out gun (gel coat or resin gun) experience, spray gun maintenance, and spray gun overall knowledge is a big plus! Working Environment:
Warehouse style with extensive safety measures including explosion proof light fixtures, explosion proof appliances, and extensive ventilation. We spared no expense when constructing our fiberglass building in order to keep our employees safe while on the job.
Tools:
All tools and personal protective equipment will be provided.
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00am till 4:30pm with a 1/2-hour lunch from 12:05pm till 12:35pm. Some opportunity for optional overtime on Fridays or Saturdays when production is needed.
