Leasing agent

Flamingo Garden Apartments is looking for a full time leasing agent to join our team! In this role you are essential to our rental process by leasing apartments that come available, processing applications, and completing the lease signing process. If we are at full occupancy a wait list is to be maintained. Your roll will also include answering phones, typing work orders, monthly newsletter, renewal letters, resident relations and gather information about market competition in the area. Must have at least one year of apartment leasing experience. Bilingual a plus. Great company with great benefits.
