Small 12 unit beachfront condo building on Bradenton Beach looking for a part time property manager.
Beachfront property with mostly short term vacation rental units. Some full time residents.
CAM certification.
Manager would assist with issues that arise with and scheduling for with landscapers, utilities, maintenance, etc, Making sure property is always maintained. You would be in charge of organizing and sending notices for board meetings and annual meeting, dealing with accountants on accounting issues, preparing annual operating and reserve budgets, etc
Ideally want someone who is close to Anna Maria Island / Bradenton Beach. We feel the property requires a "walk through" every two weeks or so to find issues that need to be addressed by the board.
Monthly pay depending on what services and hours are agreed upon for management.
