Mechanical Contracting Company seeking Dispatch/Customer Service Assistant team member. Must have dispatching experience and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment. Qualified person must be professional and friendly as company's point of contact for customers.
Duties include:
-Determining service needs of residential and commercial clients
-Use of Wintac dispatch software, Outlook, QuickBooks
-Route and debrief Technicians
-Parts ordering for Service Dept. repairs
-Warranty claims processing and tracking
-Permitting and inspections
-Manufacturer registrations
