Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Starter / Line Manager / Dispatcher to coordinate our airport operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth flow of passengers to vehicles, maintaining communication with drivers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and direct them to available ALD Limo vehicles
Manage vehicle flow at the airport pickup line
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch vehicles efficiently
Maintain accurate logs and monitor availability
Provide top-tier customer service to travelers
Communicate with airport staff as needed
Resolve on-site issues calmly and professionally
Qualifications:
Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using mobile apps and dispatch systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
