Attorney wanted full time or on a contract basis to assist with residential and commercial real estate matters as well as business transactions. Duties include drafting agreements for the acquisition, design, construction, leasing and financing of real estate; and drafting contracts and agreements relating to the operations and purchase and sale of businesses including operating agreements and joint venture arrangements. 3 years minimum law firm experience required.
