We are offering a long term position in a Sarasota home as a caregiver for a female patient.
You must be very qualified and have a current CNA license or LPN.
The person we hire will be smart and adaptable to changes as situations can arise that require quick thinking and problem solving.
Your experience will have taught you how to be observant and sense changes from day to day and be able to adjust appropriately.
You will be assisting in ADLs, be strong and able to perform transfers throughout the day, light housekeeping, assisting with meals, personal grooming.
A patient very kind and compassionate person will be necessary, as well as being reliable and very healthy, and proficient in English.
We are only hiring a person who really demonstrates a clear intent and interest in the patient. She should always be your primary concern when you are with her.
The days are Monday thru Friday and if you are really the right fit, your work hours will be about 8 hours/day.

We’d love to hire an LPN, with pay starting at $30.00 per hour, with year end bonus. However, if you’re a CNA that fits very well, we’ll start at $25.00 per hour and then reassess.
You will be carefully screened with a background check.
