Experienced Bartender Wanted – New Gastropub “Allswell” in Waterside
We’re opening Allswell, a modern upscale gastropub in Waterside, Lakewood Ranch, and we're looking for an experienced bartender to help us bring our handcrafted cocktails and elevated service to the neighborhood.
About You:
At least 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and seasonal ingredients
Skilled in craft techniques – fresh juices, infusions, batching, house-made syrups, etc.
Personable, professional, and passionate about hospitality
Able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
Nights and weekends availability required
