We are a fast-growing, innovative healthcare business focused on helping families navigate the loss of a loved one with care, clarity, and compassion. We are hiring someone to work closely with our founding team to assist across various critical responsibilities.
This role begins on an hourly basis at $20/hour. For the right person, there is significant opportunity for growth—both in compensation and scope of responsibilities. That growth may include meaningful long-term upside, potentially including some form of ownership in the business. We're looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and take responsibility—not just fill a seat.
Key responsibilities include:
(1) Answering inbound phone calls, helping prospective customers understand our service, and supporting families throughout the process.
(2) Entering and managing family data across our internal system and the Florida state system, with precision and accuracy.
(3) Driving to and from vendor partners in Sarasota and interacting with them in a professional manner.
(4) Occasionally dropping off materials to families’ homes within our service area. These visits are relatively short and may involve briefly explaining the materials or answering basic questions—no medical knowledge is required.
(5) Supporting the founding team on day-to-day business tasks and special projects that arise as we scale.
