Grounds Person

As a Grounds Person, you will:Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily workEmpty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and the team member parking lot as neededPick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areasSweep curbs and sidewalksClean grounds and remove litterEmpty trash cans in public area buildingsEmpty recycle bins and break down cardboard items, placing them in appropriate containersOperate lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, and chainsawsPerform basic tree trimmingAnswer questions and create a memorable and educational experience for guestsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
