Food and Beverage Supervisor

Assist food and beverage outlet manager with the entire operation and financial aspect of the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.As an F&B Supervisor, you will Supervise F&B outlets under F&B manager directionTrain staff and lead regular meetingsEnsure quality control, inventory accuracy, and stock rotationMaintain safety, sanitation, and security complianceOversee service standards and guest satisfactionManage schedules, budgets, and revenue forecastingEnforce company policies and disciplinary actionsMonitor POS use, stock levels, and beverage controlsHandle audits, invoices, and vendor relationsAuthorize comps/discounts within policySupport sales incentives and performance programsEnsure cleanliness, grooming standards, and staff attendanceAssist during peak hours and address guest concerns Other duties may be assignedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
