Job Summary:

As an Auto Sales Representative at IGOTCARS, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process. Your primary goal is to build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of vehicles, including specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.

- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, including test drives, vehicle selection, negotiation, and paperwork.

- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Follow-Up:Maintain contact with previous customers and prospects through phone calls, emails, and follow-up appointments.

- Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current sales promotions, financing options, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
