Alto Products Corp is searching for an entry-level full-time IT Support Technician. This candidate will assist in new product deployments, and help field desk requests for Microsoft Office, internet connectivity, proxy, email configuration, and other daily user issues. This candidate must be responsible, have good communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and must have a flexible schedule when needed. Valid driver’s license required as minimal local travel may be required.
Experience with Microsoft products and a working knowledge of networking is a plus.
Education: 2 yr Associates degree preferred
Previous work experience or formal training in this field would be considered.
Salary based on experience.
