Mary's Shelter seeks to hire a General Manager for our brand new Thrift Store slated to open this summer in downtown Elberta, Alabama.
This start up position will involve developing a floor plan, implementing a point-of-sale system, recruiting volunteers and getting the store up and operational.
The position will then transition into General Management of day-to-day operations to include volunteer oversight. This is a full time position with employer paid benefits.
Ideal candidate will be mission driven with a background in retail management.
