General handyman wanted part time ( 20 hours/week for mobile home parks) with the opportunity for additional hours. Primary location is Pace with some work in Milton. Compensation based on experience and paid weekly. Contract labor capacity and a 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.

Listed below are some details.
1) Must have own vehicle (truck preferred) and basic hand tools.
2) Experience with mobile homes and/or remodeling preferred but not required.
3) Work includes general repairs, maintenance and mobile home remodeling.
4) Lawn care work (mowing, weed eating) and pressure washing. We have the equipment.
5) Must be able to help move appliances in/out of trailers.
6) Must be able to do basic electric and carpentry.
