Basic Purpose Seeking DevOps Tool administrator with passion for automation and service excellence. This person will drive Azure DevOps tool support and adoption that align with DevOps principles and standards. He/she will collaborate with Product owners, developers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers and operations to plan, design, test and deliver tool configuration, setup and support using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) framework.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and support of Azure DevOps tool • Review existing permissions, access, policies, security groups, authentication, authorization, configuration settings, address gaps in accordance with standards • Review current project and team structure in ADO, and make recommendations to securely structure teams/projects • Review pipelines and repos, make recommendations for improvements • Establish intake process, define service request catalogs, and automate requests • Provide technical and system administration support for Azure Devops through troubleshooting, identifying & isolating issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing appropriate solutions• Respond to product teams request, addressing service tickets and inquiries• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ADO administration • Provide subject matter expertise input to the Center of Excellence, review request and provide guidance• Support the operations and maintenance of deployed capabilities• Own Incident tickets to troubleshoot and resolve on behalf of ADO team • Manage user accounts, authentication, group policy, name resolution, file management and permissions • Maintain adherence to process documentation in all environments. Create and maintain documentation• Automate processes where appropriate• Provide user training and usage guidance for the Devops community • Apply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing processes • Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practices• Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs• Perform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems• Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisions• May perform other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience administering Azure Devops or similar tools such as Jira, confluence, team Foundation Server • Demonstrated experience with continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) Framework and Devops processes• Knowledge of CICD pipelines leveraging cloud native architectures on Microsoft Azure Cloud• Hands on experience with scripting and debugging (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, YAML)• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe principles • Strong consulting and mentoring skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a desire to share knowledge through creation and refinement of written content• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience• Strong knowledge of engineering discipline• Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills• Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions• Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Salary: Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remaincompetitive. You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position.

The salary range for this position is: $95,600 to $179,700 Annual Salary #LI-Remote
