We are looking for a Telemarketer/CSR to join our team. If you're good at talking to people, booking appointments, dispatching service calls, and managing customer expectations, this could be the job for you!
Qualifications:
1-2 years customer service experience .
Inbound/outbound calling experience.
Great verbal and written skills.
Professional and upbeat voice, strong probing skills, persistent and persuasive without being aggressive.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up on time every day.
Training provided.
