Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Pembroke Park, Florida, United States. This role is vital within our team, primarily dealing with the processing and preparation of incoming and outgoing shipments. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.Responsibilities Oversee the receipt of shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Prepare shipments for dispatch, adhering to all relevant procedures and guidelines. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies. Utilize industry-specific software to track and manage inventory effectively. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating responsibility and initiative. Respond promptly and effectively to any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the inventory process. Liaise with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the workplace is kept tidy and safe, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Assist with other duties as required to support the successful operation of the business.
