Description SAIC is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in the Panama City Beach, Florida area. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develops and implements changes to C navigation and display software with Windows 10 Operating System for LCAC vehicles.
- Integrates new peripherals with ethernet, USB and MIL-STD-1553 interface
- Some work may require experience with Ethernet, USB and RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 serial controllers
- Two years software experience in C/C development environment.
- Experience with serial interfaces including RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 serial controllers.
- Experience integrating peripherals with ethernet, USB and/or MIL-STD-1553 interfaces.
- Experience with analog to digital and digital to analog signal processing and control software
- Experience implementing software changes for Windows 10 for Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA).
- Experience with navigation and charting software and integrating navigation software, navigation chart loading and ethernet based radar services
- Experience working in an agile software development environment
