Yard work, mostly doing weeding, hard work in hot sun. Will do weed eating
and other yard maintenance. The right person may be asked to help with
maintenance in our apartment business.
I also have an opening for a maintenance assistant: $16 per hour. Must have
minor skills; painting, etc. This is for as much as 40 hours per week but no
guarantee on how long that position will last. Could be permanent BUT might
not be.
Requirements: Willing to work will train you on what you need to do.
Must have a vehicle and valid Florida driver's license so you can get to work. And sorry but no
a bicycle does not count - have already had too many people with bikes who can't
or don't show up.
Background check: No serious drug charges, theft, etc. Other minor offenses will
be considered on a case by case basis.
Need someone 30 hours per week. Time of work is flexible BUT if you say you
are working and don't show up you will not be working here.
Please no drama. If you can't get to work, stay at work, stay off the phone, or have
family or other issues that will make you miss work or leave work we won't keep
you. Need someone fairly reliable and steady.
Pays cash daily.
