Beachfront Personal House Manager position available

Now interviewing for position to take care of healthy, kind gentleman at 2 bedroom, 2 bath Panama City Beach waterfront high rise condo. Male, 62, non-smoker, active, no children, no pets.

Must have dependable transportation, non-smoker, smartphone (iPhone preferred), be technologically proficient with iOS smartphone operating system. Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring a smooth and controlled running of the household

Housekeeping and management duties

Excellent cooking, laundry & errand skills

Overseeing/scheduling repairing minor mechanical fixtures

Coordinating travel & entertaining schedules

Coordinating floral arranging and home plant care

Message taking

Welcoming guests

Interfacing with outside vendors and contractors

Oversee planning and preparation of entertaining, events and business functions

Maintaining household inventories

Food purchasing and planning

Wine & spirits inventories

Security systems

Maintain schedules

Organizing vendor / contractor visits

Maintaining family agenda and schedule including social calendars, events and special occasions

Personal shopping

Message and correspondence writing and handling

Interacting with personal and business-related guests

Typical schedule for the week may look something like this:

Monday: Deep Cleaning & Meal Prep Start

8:00–9:30 AM: Deep clean bathrooms (scrub showers, toilets, sinks; disinfect surfaces; restock towels/toiletries).

9:30–11:00 AM: Deep clean kitchen (wipe appliances, disinfect counters, sweep/mop floor—prep for cooking).

11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Prepare and cook lunch (e.g., grilled chicken salad or sandwich); serve or store.

12:00–1:00 PM: Lunch break.

1:00–2:30 PM: Sweep and mop balcony (remove sand/dirt); wipe down furniture.

2:30–4:00 PM: Plan and prep dinner (e.g., marinate protein, chop veggies for later cooking); laundry (towels/master linens).
