Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Build relationships with potential candidates and promote our employer brand on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System
Communicate regularly with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Support Talent Acquisition Director in the development and implementation of creative recruitment, employer brand solutions, and talent programs, such as internships and referral programs, to cultivate a robust talent pipeline
Develop and maintain networking relationships with community and alumni organizations, colleges and universities, and industry organizations
Who we are looking for…
You have hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
You have 3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition
You have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), preferably iCIMS
You have an associate's/bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
You may have an Recruiter or Sourcing certification
You are 18 years of age or older
You are authorized to work in the United States
