Join us and we can make a difference together.About This Role:The Process & Transformation Specialist (Strategy & Planning) will support the optimization and enhancement of the supply chain planning processes to reach maturity objectives. The role will focus on standardizing work, socializing process changes, and ensuring alignment across the function to meet business objectives. They will be responsible for improving existing processes and systems leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks.Job Description:

Support the development and implementation of SIOP processes and best practices, in particular for the Aftermarket business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination

Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste or cost in the system

Monitor SIOP key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any process gaps or issues

Facilitate or support training and upskilling sessions for the Strategy & Planning organization on processes and tools

Support efforts with SIOP related processes, standard work, policy, and training documents ensuring they are current and accessible

Point of contact for all SIOP process, standard work, and policy related inquiries specifically for Aftermarket

Provide support for strategic initiative and projects as they arise

Stay current on industry trends and innovations to inform process enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management

Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand forecasting, inventory management) is highly desired

Experience in Aftermarket in the context of supply chain planning is highly desired

Detailed-oriented with excellent project management skills

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt or shift to change

Advance skill in Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)

Experience in consulting in Operations, Supply Chain Planning or Systems Implementation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
