- ### Job Description for E-commerce Small Parcel Delivery Personnels:
1. Deliver packages from AliExpress/TikTok/SHEIN e-commerce platform to customers. Previous delivery experience is preferred.
2. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license, be eligible for 1099 tax reporting, and have a basic English skill for simple daily communication.
3. Proficient in using a smartphone.
4. Willing to do company-assigned routes and not be selective about routes or make unreasonable requests about delivery locations.
5. Must have your own vehicle. Fuel-efficient ones are recommended.
6. iPhone users need to confirm that they have a U.S. region Apple ID.
7. Weekly wages from Monday to Sunday will be paid from Wednesday to Saturday of the third week for the first week's wages.
8. The pickup warehouse is in Tampa, and pickup time window is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
9. Billing is done per package at $1.8 per package. Each route usually has 80 to 150 packages with ocassional exceptions.
10. The company runs its own app with pre-planned routes and package numbers. Each package is expected to take about 1 to 4 minutes to deliver, with occasional stops taking up to 6 to 7 minutes. Delivery areas are not fixed, but efforts are made to assign routes that are close to your home. Usually driver routes are not fixed unless it's a special area.
11. Packages must be delivered on the same day of pickup.
