Looking for an experienced Maintenance team member with basic knowledge of some of these facets: finish carpentry, tile, door installation, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, drywall repair, stucco work, cabinet install, painting, plumbing, and electric.
We are a renovations company with a focus on working in ALF's. Imagine having some of the responsibilities of a supervisor without having to work weekends and being on call 24/7. Focus on doing the actual maintenance and repairs without all the additional paperwork.
