Responsibilities:

 Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 Write Purchase Orders (PO) to our vendors and track deliveries of building materials and appliances

 Set clear project goals and align them with business and customer expectations.

 Guide and support project teams in making decisions and solving problems.

 Evaluate project feasibility and find the best solutions for success.

 Lead and motivate teams to work collaboratively and efficiently.

 Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and updates.

 Identify and address potential risks to keep the project on track.

 Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

 Manage external vendors and resources to align with project goals.

 Document project plans, updates, and outcomes to maintain clarity and transparency.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.

 Ability to effectively lead, organize, and manage an installation crew.

 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

 Proficiency in taking accurate measurements and detailed notes.

 Strong understanding of fabrication processes and the ability to read shop drawings.

 Experience editing shop drawings and communicating updates to all involved parties.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Above-average proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
