Take before/after photos, complete checklist, be on-time and tidy
MUST-HAVE
Authorized to work in the U.S. (1099, W-9)
Own tools (torque wrench, crimper, multimeter, heat-shrink, ties) and a vehicle (pickup/van/SUV)
Hands-on 12–48V experience (golf cart/marine/audio/solar)
Reliable communication; smartphone for photos/maps
