TopTier Home Repair is seeking experienced and reliable plumbers and electricians to join our team as independent contractors in the Orlando, FL area. We offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling. TEXT 737-297-4533 to APPLY
Compensation: $125 per completed service call (paid via direct deposit).
Plumbers Responsibilities:
Perform residential plumbing services, including:
Drain cleaning (stoppages)
Fixture installation and repair
Pipe installation and repair
Water heater installation and repair
Electricians Responsibilities:
Perform residential electrical services, including:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
Repairing faulty wiring
Fixing outlets and switches
Circuit breaker panel inspection and repair
Installing lighting fixtures
Upgrading electrical systems
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally.
Utilize company-provided parts (purchased through Home Depot phone sales).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the respective trade (plumbing or electrical).
Preferred: A valid license in the respective trade (plumbing or electrical).
Must possess own tools appropriate for the trade.
Plumbers: Including a snake and/or auger.
Electricians: Including a multimeter, wire strippers, voltage tester, etc.
Reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing or electrical systems and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, with 4-6 service calls per week.
Available time windows for repairs: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
