Overview

We are subcontractor for general contractors in Central Florida Area and throughout Florida. We specialize in the Commercial division for Interior and Exterior Metal Framing - Drywall- Finishing- Acoustical and Demolition.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of outside crews, ensuring smooth processes within the office, and driving business growth with proactive communication with clients and external consultants.

With project management experience, the candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, understanding construction drawings for correct layouts, project scheduling, ordering materials, and managing multiple projects at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and supervising assigned construction projects from start to finish

Oversee all aspects of day to day activity of the job

Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents

Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment

Team learner and leader - must have growth mindset

Dedicated to safety, quality, schedule and customer service

Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs

Work with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing department to assure material coordination and accuracy

Problem-solve to address delays, emergencies or other issues

Supervise and guide staff to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations

Requirements:

At least five year’s (5) experience in the trade of drywall/metal framing

Strong knowledge of reading and understanding construction drawings .

Excellent leadership, communication, and personnel management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management - for scheduling day to day operations

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Bilingual is a plus.
