Assistant Superintendent needed

Looking for a motivated individual who possesses the following skills or attributes: Job site photo documentation and general computer experience, ability to operate material handler (lull - forklift), Well spoken, construction problem solving skills, general exterior construction knowledge, ability to track labor and materials and complete spreadsheets, bilingual is a bonus. Position is available immediately and is a full time Monday thru Friday position from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Must have transportation and be punctual. Salary is based on experience.
