Position Overview:
Inbound Calls and One on One training Provided -
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Medicare Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help seniors navigate their Medicare options, offering customized plans that best suit their needs. This position is commission-based, with the added benefit of (lucrative monthly performance bonuses)
Key Responsibilities:
Medicare Consultation: Educate and guide prospective clients through their Medicare options, explaining coverage types, benefits, and costs. Sunfire Platform and Client Retention CRM Provided.
Sales & Enrollment: Assist clients with selecting the right Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and ensure successful enrollment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Medicare guidelines, product offerings, and industry trends to provide the most accurate advice to clients.
Compensation:
Weekly Compensation Provided on Commissions earned.
Commission: Earn competitive commission rates for each policy sold. Commissions are paid out upon successful enrollments and renewals.
Monthly Bonus: Achieve sales goals each month to earn additional bonuses based on performance metrics (e.g., number of policies sold, client retention rate, etc.).

Qualifications:
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (Medicare-specific certifications are a plus). Must have at least 6 states including FL,TX,GA,TN,OH,NC
Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance products in simple terms.
Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help clients make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
