We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join our team at Hittn’ Skins. This role is entry level and supports both new and existing clients, requiring someone personable, driven, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll help manage walk-ins, answer calls, follow up on completed orders, and organize customer files. You’ll also assist with cold walk-in/outreach, showroom samples, and other sales projects.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, communicates clearly, and has a willingness to learn basic graphic design and daily order intake. Prior sales or retail experience is preferred.
Hourly pay starts at $12–$16/hr, plus commission potential. FT & PT opportunities
Includes a 90-day evaluation, with plenty of growth and bonus opportunities (based on performance).
