Position Overview: We are seeking a relentless, entrepreneurial-minded B2B Sales

Representative to drive new business and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to

closing deals. This role requires a self-motivated, network-savvy, and disciplined professional

who can build and maintain strong client relationships while providing tailored embroidery,

screen printing, and promotional product solutions. The ideal candidate will be driven by results

and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through site visits, networking, cold

calling, and relationship-building.

Build and manage a book of business, consistently seeking new clients and nurturing

existing relationships.

Present and promote Embroidery Plus’s full range of services, including custom

embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products.

Understand each client’s unique needs and provide customized solutions to meet their

branding goals.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post

sale follow-up.

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that client orders are

fulfilled accurately and on time.

Stay organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple client accounts and order

timelines simultaneously.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating relentless focus on

driving results.

Continuously seek new networking opportunities and refine your sales approach to

meet the changing needs of clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the custom apparel, screen printing, or

promotional products industries.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build and grow a book of

business.

Network-savvy with the ability to leverage professional connections and develop new

business through relationship-building.

Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined—you thrive in setting and achieving your own

goals.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to relentlessly pursue and close sales opportunities while delivering top-tier

service.

Proficiency in CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up on sales

opportunities.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
