Fast Passed Property management company , looking for an experienced property manager.
Must have experience a collecting rent , Section 8, Creating and following up with leads, Eviction Noticing, mainantenace and re-pairs requests creating leases.
Using Property management software like Turbo Tenant , plus having Bookkeeping experience is a Must
Salary based on experience 15 - 20 a hour
Part time 5 morning a week , 9am - 1pm.
