Real Estate Showing Partner Opportunity
THE OPPORTUNITY Are you a licensed real estate professional who loves the client service side of real estate but hates the stress of prospecting? Join my team as a dedicated Showing Partner! This role is ideal if you want predictable income helping pre-qualified buyers find their perfect home — without cold-calling, lead generation, or paperwork headaches.
ABOUT THE ROLE As my Showing Partner, you’ll focus entirely on property showings and exceptional client care for mostly relocation buyers. This is a straightforward, specialized position — you handle the showings, I handle negotiations and contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Show properties to my pre-qualified buyers
Provide detailed feedback after showings
Attend inspections and final walkthroughs
Perform courier-type visits: check on homes, meet vendors, etc.
Help guide buyers toward confident decisions
Work with 1–3 clients per week (65–95 hours per month typical)
You Will NOT:
Prospect or generate leads
Write contracts or manage transactions
Do any administrative or marketing work
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active real estate license
Reliable transportation
Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional demeanor and client-first attitude
Compensation:
Showings: $45 for first stop (8 AM–5 PM) + $30 per hour for multiple showings
Nights and Weekends Rate: $65 for stop + $30 per hour for multiple showings
Car allowance: $400/month (every month no matter how many stops)
Closing bonus: $400 per closed deal
Estimated: $3,100–$3,600 monthly ($37K–$43K annually, based on 3 closings/month)
Service Area: Greater Orlando — Primarily assisting relocation clients moving to our region. Most activity Tuesday–Saturday.
