Precision Gutters, LLC is looking for a positive, self-motivated individual with great communication skills, an eye for detail, great organizational skills and a willingness to learn while providing excellent customer service.
Duties will be, but are not limited to:
MUST BE BILINGUAL-ENGLISH/SPANISH
Reception - Answering phones with multiple lines.
General Filing/Paperwork
Communicating with our customers
Creating estimates, invoices and purchase orders in Quickbooks
Scheduling projects
Ordering parts/material
Data entry
Creating spreadsheets
General office related tasks and errands
Qualifications, skills, and experience needed:
Quick books Pro
Microsoft Word, Excel and G-Mail
Ability to multi-task
Computer proficiency including internet & e-mail
Administrative skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be able to pass a drug and background check
It would be a plus if you had some experience within the construction industry.
Our location is on the corner of L.B.Mcleod Rd. and President Barack Obama Pkwy.
The hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday, but can be a little flexible.
