We are a property management company seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will be in person but this is a work from home position.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls
Managing emails and basic correspondence
Organizing office supplies and maintaining inventory
Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
Filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
Supporting office staff with various administrative tasks as needed
Keeping the office environment neat and organized
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and internet browsing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous office experience or familiarity with office equipment
