We are a timeshare resale marketing and advertising company looking to hire a Customer Service Rep in Downtown Orlando
Knowledge of timeshare and how it works is required.
Experience using excel and word, updating spreadsheets and logs is required.
Experience in Customer Service is required.
Experience in the timeshare resale industry is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering client calls and doing customer service
Processing deals and sending contracts
Verbally Verifying Contracts
Updating logs and keeping everything organized
Miscellaneous office duties/Administration work
Hours of operations are:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. These hours may fluctuate a bit depending on the scheduling that is set in place.
Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment in a small call center regarding sales reps
The pay is salary and starts at $500 a week plus weekly bonuses (should amount to about double your weekly salary)
