We are looking for a full-time Construction Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team!
As a Construction Scheduler/Coordinator you will be responsible for communicating with our clients and scheduling our subcontractors and employees to meet set deadlines. The ideal candidate has a construction background with strong communication skills. Must have strong problem solving skills and be organized. Must be bilingual.
Essential Duties:
- Creating labor PO's
- Answering phone calls, emails and texts from both clients and employees
- Contacting clients for schedule dates and times
- Creating a schedule for installation of multiple projects and coordinating with subs to ensure they meet the schedule
- Update and revise schedule as needed, keeping all parties informed of any changes
- Creating material PO's and ordering materials on a timely basis to ensure smooth work flow
- Obtain and maintain all insurance and certification documents with subcontractors
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent required
- 2+ years of coordinator/customer service experience required
- Experience with construction data software preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office required
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills required
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
