Qualifications/Job Duties:
2-4 years experience as a bookkeeper/ office assistant.
Answering phones, taking messages, and routing the calls to appropriate personnel.
Proficient in use of Quickbooks and use of Microsoft Office.
Assist Project Manager in ordering materials, permitting, and scheduling.
Processing Payroll
Assist with accounts payable
Organize and Maintain files
Self-starter and able to problem solve, meet deadlines, and maintain and an organized office.
Willing to learn new systems and adapt to changes as they occur.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
