Construction Experience a plus.
Proven office experience and customer service.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet searching.
Dependable, mature, and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Knowledge of Sage Accounting would be helpful, but not necessary.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM, 30 min lunch.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Perform General office duties including answering multiple phone lines, email, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Data entry into Sage Accounting, processing invoices, filing NTO's, Checking permit/inspection status.
Customer Service and walk ins as necessary.
