Construction experience and basic accounting a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet searching
Dependable, mature and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Knowledge of Sage Accounting helpful but not necessary.
Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM, 30 min lunch.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Perform multiple general office duties, such as answering phones, email, filing, copying, scanning.
Order office supplies.
Process invoices for payment-match delivery tickets, check pricing and enter invoice into Sage.
