Established Winter Park Personal Injury law firm seeks an entry-level Legal Assistant for the Pre-Suit team. We are a high-tech, paperless personal injury law office and need to add a pre-suit legal assistant to work for the case managers of the pre-suit department. We are seeking a positive, high energy person to be part of our team. This position involves data entry, electronic filing, electronic medical requests, and internet searches. If you have good technology, computer, IPad, and cell phone skills you will be a good fit. We are willing to train you in the field of personal injury. Knowledge of PI is desirable, but not mandatory. This is a full time position, 40 hours a week. We have sit/stand desks to keep our team active and moving and promote a healthy environment. Full benefits offered: health, dental, and eye. There are 8 paid holidays and 10 PTO days per year, with an additional PTO day for each year of service.
