We are seeking experienced and skilled Post Construction Cleaning Contractors to join our team. As a contractor with Preferred Cleaning, you will be responsible for performing rough cleanings and final cleanings of luxury custom homes. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in post-construction cleaning and will demonstrate the ability to expertly clean homes without supervision, ensuring that all surfaces, floors, and windows are pristine and undamaged.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rough cleanings and final cleanings of high-end custom homes in accordance with company standards and client specifications.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, windows, countertops, and fixtures.
- Remove construction debris, dust, and residue, ensuring that the home is move-in ready for the client.
- Pay special attention to make sure windows are free of stickers, glues, overspray, etc. Must have experience cleaning windows with a razor without scratching the surface.
- Scrub and sanitize sinks, faucets, and toilets.
- Scrub floor tiles, paying attention to grout lines.
- Wipe and scrub off scuff marks, paint, and plaster from door hinges, floors, and walls.
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques and products to avoid damage to delicate surfaces and finishes.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in post-construction cleaning, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in cleaning high-end custom homes and handling delicate surfaces with care.
- Own reliable transportation, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate varying project schedules.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
